ITLS 9th Edition Instructor Update Now Available
Current Instructors Complete by March 31, 2020
The ITLS 9th Edition Instructor Update is now available. You can purchase the course at this link: http://learn.itrauma.org/product?catalog=ITLS-9ed-update.
This update is intended for current ITLS instructors ONLY. Instructors cannot teach using the 9e manuals until they have completed the 9e Instructor update. The cost of the 9e online update course is $35.00.
ITLS Ohio Instructors will have until March 31, 2020 to complete the online 9e update and fulfill their teaching requirements (three courses OR an average of one course per year if they became an instructor after November 1, 2016). After successful completion of these requirements, Instructors will be issued new certification cards which will be valid for four (4) years. Each month the ITLS Ohio office will be provided with a list of Ohio instructors that have completed the online 9e update. Instructor certification cards will be issued monthly once that report is received. Please share this information with your instructors.
Note: Instructor materials for the 9th edition Provider manual, including PowerPoint slides and exams, are expected to be released before the end of the month.
